To support its rapidly expanding client base and strengthen ground operations, NIDAAN is actively hiring experienced professionals on an urgent basis to lead key operational hubs in Patna, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, Raipur, and Bhopal.

The newly appointed Business Managers will drive enterprise business development across high-growth sectors, including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Telecommunications, and FMCG. Additionally, leaders in these roles will build, train, and manage localized field operational networks to ensure high-precision execution and timely delivery of client assignments.

Key Position Requirements & Eligibility

  • Role: Business Manager (Urgent Hiring)

  • Locations: Patna (Bihar), Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Ranchi (Jharkhand), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), and Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh)

  • Qualifications: Graduate degree in any discipline

  • Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of proven experience in the Banking or Insurance sectors

  • Preferred Candidates: Ex-banking and ex-insurance personnel are strongly encouraged to apply and will receive preference

  • Age Limit: No age bar for suitable candidates

Primary Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Expand market share and drive regional growth by securing strategic corporate accounts and partnerships within Banking, Insurance, Telecom, and FMCG sectors.

  • Network & Field Operations: Build, train, and manage localized field execution networks across assigned territories to ensure assignments meet strict turnaround times (TAT) and high-quality standards.

  • Service Line Oversight: Oversee localized operations across corporate investigations, background verification (BGV), loss prevention, and specialized manpower services.
